Some facts about our belt grinders:

DTG BG1200 belt grinder

The DT Grinder Belt Grinder (DTG BG1200 belt grinder) is an industrial belt grinder designed for continuous use. The belt can be adjusted in any plane, its support surface is adjustable in depth, so it can also be used with a free belt. The surface treatment of all our machines starts with mechanical cleaning (abrasive blasting) thus creating the perfect adhesion for the electrostatic powder coating. The worktable and the smaller moving parts are galvanized, thus prolonging the life of the parts and the belt grinder.

The DTG-BG1200 is CE certified and complies with the relevant standards, enabling efficient and safe work. The machine can be used with 50 × 1200 [mm] belt, which is quick and easy to replace and does not require disassembly. By pressing the upper orienting roller, the sanding belt tension can be released with one simple move, after which it can be removed and the other belt can be installed.

The basic accessory of the machine is the fixture table, additional accessories can be viewed here.

The belt grinder is available with a single and three-phase motor with 1.1 and 1.5 kW output. The belt speed of the VFD equipped belt grinder can be steplessly adjusted between 5-30 [m/s], and its direction of rotation can be reversed.

DTG BG2000 belt grinder

DT Grinder BG2000 multifunctional belt grinder, recommended for general workshops, metalwork, knife making, woodworking fine work. We also recommend it for deburring, edge chamfering, rooting and other preparatory work. For large material removal, the treaded contact wheel is particularly well suited with a coarse P36 grinding belt at a belt speed of 24-30 [m/s]. The ribs allow the wheel to adapt better to the workpiece and improve the life of the belt.

However, thanks to its adjustable belt speed because of its VFD, the machine can be used well for materials that require finer work.

The DTG-BG2000 is CE certified and complies with the relevant standards, enabling efficient and safe work.

The machine can be used with 50 × 2000 [mm] belt,which can be quickly replaced by our self-developed tensioning and adjustment system.
