With our uniquely developed sharpening machine and innovative technology, we guarantee consistently high quality in our services. Thanks to the technology we use, the blade material does not overheat during sharpening. The sharpening process takes place in three steps at a belt speed of 5 m/s. First, we use a P120 grit zirconium corundum belt to form the cutting edge, then refine it with a P400 corundum belt. Finally, the burr is removed using a leather belt and polishing paste, resulting in a precise and durable final edge.

You can drop off your cutting tools at Köntösgát sor 15 in Debrecen, and at Malom sor 10 in Hajdúszoboszló. Together, we inspect the tools on-site to determine the turnaround time for the sharpening service, and discuss any potential major repairs if necessary.

We sharpen every Thursday, which means tools submitted by Wednesday afternoon can be picked up on Friday. Immediate sharpening is not available — thank you for your understanding.

If you live farther away, you can also send your knives to us by mail (to 4031 Debrecen, Köntösgát sor 15.). In this case, after inspecting the tools, the agreed price always includes the return shipping cost as a registered priority package. We believe that sharper tools allow for more efficient work — without having to throw away the old ones and buy new cutting instruments. Our goal is for everyone to experience what it’s like to work with truly sharp tools, whether in a household, a restaurant, or a hair salon.
