DT Grinder belt grinder with 50 x 1200 [mm] belt.

The belt sander is in stock, typically we need 1-2 weeks of installation time. During this time, we assemble the selected engine and control type and then send it to our customers. We can hand over the machine in person at our workshop in Debrecen, where we can take over its use, but you can find out about its use on our YouTube channel.

Depending on the selected accessories, the product is sent on a pallet or in a box within Hungary and Europe. If you can’t find a suitable delivery option for you or if you want to order the machine outside of Europe, feel free to write to us at the email address info@dtgrinder.com!

Description

DT Grinder BG1200 is a belt grinding machine designed for continuous industrial use. The belt feed can be adjusted so that it can also be used with free belt. Its versatility is further enhanced by the fact that the working position of the grinding belt can be adjusted in any plane (360° rotation).

Its parts are surface-treated with heavy-duty electrostatic powder coating and galvanic plating.

As with all DT Grinder machines, it is CE marked and conforms to the relevant standards, allowing efficient and safe operation.

The machine can be used with a 50×1200 [mm] belt, which is quick and easy to change, requiring no assembly.

It can also be used for sharpening with expandable accessories, among many other uses. The machine comes standard with a fixture table and a machine lamp, additional accessories can be viewed here.

The belt sander is available with a choice of single (230 [V]) and three-phase (380 [V]) motors with power ratings of 1.1 [kW] and 1.5 [kW].

The belt speed of the belt sander with VFD is steplessly adjustable between 6 – 30 [m/s] and the direction of rotation is variable. The belt speed of the single-speed machine is 24 [m/s].

Hi,
I own a model 1200 for about 1 month now.
I am totally satisfied, I love it!
It works great, the belt guide is excellent, it positions well, it doesn’t creep even under load. It’s vibration-free and easy to work with. Changing the belt is easy and can be done quickly. I have the 1500w version, the output is more than sufficient, with the frequency converter the desired belt speed can be adjusted continuously and easily… I can’t think of any negative points about the machine.

We have been using the BG1200V daily for more than a year now, mainly for deburring, and are very satisfied with it. We can only recommend the machine to anyone who needs a reliable and durable machine. It is also much simpler, more precise and easier to handle than an angle grinder.

Hello!
I have the 1200 with the plain freehubless, very serious, great piece of machinery. Quiet, well balanced engine, just eats the material. A pleasure to work with. I think that next to the start-stop-latch buttons on the box could use a blue plug with a pin cap to have a place to plug in that machine lamp, if you have one😁😁. In the end, I’m completely satisfied with it.
