The DT Grinder KS3V is currently the largest sharpening machine in our product range. Designed with maximum efficiency in mind, it offers powerful performance while maintaining the proven technology of our smaller DTG-KS1 models. A major improvement is the tool-free belt change system, which allows for lightning-fast replacement during operation—saving valuable seconds in the sharpening process.

Powered from a standard 230V outlet, the DTG-KS3V is equipped with a 550W three-phase motor controlled by a frequency inverter. The belt speed is steplessly adjustable between 3–12 m/s, allowing optimal performance for a wide range of sharpening tasks.

Compared to our DTG-KS1 and DTG-KS1V models, a key advantage of the DTG-KS3V is the reduced sharpening time, as there’s no need to constantly swap out belts between stations. This alone can cut sharpening time by nearly half. The DTG-KS3V comes standard with a knife clamp, scissors clamp, integrated lighting, and Allen keys. Grinding belts must be ordered separately.
