BG1000 Belt grinder

The DTG-BG1000 is an entry-level industrial belt grinder for home and workshop use. Despite its compact size, it has a sturdy and reliable design, making it an excellent choice for knives, tools and small workpieces. The machine can be used with 30×1000 [mm] belts at a belt speed of 12 [m/s]. The machine is equipped with a single-phase electric motor of 0,55 kW, single-speed design.
The surface treatment of the machine is made by galvanic galvanizing and electrostatic powder coating, a durable construction. Can be extended with angle support and knife gripper, available separately. Available with or without metal base, allowing flexibility of placement to suit the available work surface.
Machine dimensions: 56×25×31 [cm], weight 17 kg with base, 13 kg without base. Optional base size 40×30 [cm].
