The BG1200 has a compact design, ideal for locksmiths, sharpening shops or knife makers. Easy to operate, with quick belt change and 360° adjustable belt track.

Which one should I choose for a service with a higher load?

The BG2000 comes with a more powerful engine, longer belt and a proprietary tensioning system. It is also suitable for continuous, industrial loads, heavy material removal and precise surface grinding.

How easy is it to learn to use?

After a short training period, you can use it safely and confidently. The basic functions are simple and the accessories help you with special tasks.

    This machine is designed for:

    • Tape size: 50 × 1000 m
    • 12 m/s single speed – it can handle everything without compromises, so it’s suitable for even one knife. You can even sharpen your first knife with the sharpening attachment and leather strap!
    • Motor: 0,55kW 230V industrial electric motor for continuous operation (S1)
    • Stable, space-saving design

    Recommended for hobby and beginner knife makers, or for workshops where space is limited and there is a need for one to one minor material sorting.

        The DT Grinder EXP-250 is a high performance belt grinder designed specifically for grinding jobs.

          Ideal for horseshoe smiths and other workshops where fast material separation and compact size are important. The machine is equipped with a 250 mm contact wheel that expands under centrifugal force, holding the abrasive belt in place.

              On all models, the tape can be changed in a few simple steps without tools, so there is virtually no downtime.

              What is the main difference between BG1200 and BG2000?

              The BG1200 is compact, with a smaller belt and motor, ideal for workshops and sharpeners. The BG2000 can be upgraded with a longer belt, a more powerful motor and accessories, designed for continuous industrial use.

              Is speed control possible?

              Yes, the speed is infinitely variable between 5 and 30 m/s for versions with frequency inverter.

              How durable are the machines?

              Industrial construction, electrostatic powder coating and galvanised components – to withstand the most demanding applications. We offer a 5-year guarantee.
