Multifunctional belt sander – BG2000

The DT Grinder BG2000 is a multifunctional belt grinding machine, recommended for general workshop work, knife making, woodworking and finishing. The machine is surface treated by electrostatic powder coating and galvanic galvanizing. The DTG-BG2000 is CE marked and conforms to the relevant standards, allowing both efficient and safe working. The machine can be used with a 50×2000 [mm] strip, which can be quickly changed thanks to our proprietary tensioning and adjustment system. A wide range of accessories can be added to extend the functionality of the belt sander, providing solutions for everything from fine detail work to rough rough grinding.

The basic machine price includes the following accessories:

A straight grinding attachmentwith a working surface that can be tilted 45 degrees and adjustable depth, with a table made of hardox plate with high wear resistance.
Work table (100×180 mm) with tilt and height adjustment

The belt sander should be fitted with unscrewable legs (not tiltable). If tilting is also required, we recommend a tilting adapter and a horizontal work table.

The multifunctional belt sander is available with single- and three-phase motors with power ratings of 1.5 and 2.2 kW.
The belt speed of the belt sander with frequency converter is infinitely variable between 5-30 [m/s], the direction of rotation is variable.
