Two-component adhesive (5min) United Sealants Epoxy Rapid 25ml – Twin syringe

Surfaces must be cleaned of grease, dust and dirt, rust. It is advisable to rub the surface with sandpaper to increase the adhesive strength of the glue. Open the twin syringe and press until both ingredients come out evenly. Apply the appropriate mixing tip to the syringe. Before use, carry out a short dosage test on a suitable test piece. Dispense an appropriate amount of adhesive onto the parts to be joined to ensure that a minimum gap of 0,1-0,2 mm is left when the parts are pressed together. The parts to be glued must be joined together. Remove any residue of the adhesive components and mixed adhesives with a suitable cleaner before the adhesive cures. Remove and discard the mixing tube after use and ensure that the twin syringe ends do not come into contact with the adhesive components. Close the twin syringe.
