Polishing paste Chromaxgreen 2/9 LEA polishing paste ~800 [g]

Chromaxgreen LEA 2/9 polishing paste with very fine alumina chrome oxide is used for high gloss finishing of stainless steels, high chromium metals. It provides a blackish finish. Very fine roughness surface, high blackish gloss.

General information:

“… abrasive and polishing pastes contain 50-60% abrasive grit, with the remainder containing bonding fats and oils. The pastes can be graded on two scales of measurement, namely the degree of abrasion and the surface gloss. While the former shows how much material is being removed (how coarse the paste contains), the surface gloss scale shows how glossy the paste can be used to produce a surface. The two metrics are inversely related, except for some pastes. So, with a high material separation, you will get a lower surface gloss. ”

“For reflecting chrome surfaces, we recommend Chromax Green paste, which contains chrome oxide particles. A densely sewn rag disc should be used to apply this.”
