G10 knife handle material – a non-slip, durable and reliable solution

G10 is a high quality, high strength composite material, made from glass fibre and epoxy resin, pressed at high pressure. This makes it highly resistant to mechanical stress, moisture, chemicals and temperature fluctuations. It is an excellent choice for knife grips as it will not warp, crack or craze and retains its properties in extreme conditions.

The surface of the G10 can be slightly roughened or textured, providing a secure, non-slip grip even in wet or greasy hands – making it ideal for hiking, hunting, working or everyday use (EDC).

The sheets can be machined, drilled, sanded, shaped – they can also be combined well with other handle materials (e.g. wood, micarta, metal).

For manufacturing technology reasons, a tolerance of ±10% is allowed in the nominal thickness.

The size of the cut sheets may contain an inaccuracy of ±1 mm.
