Polishing machine DTG-PM250

DT Grinder (DTG PM250) is a polishing machine suitable for grinding surfaces of various types of materials, from fibre-grinding to matt surfaces and mirror polishing. Using the right polishing tools, the polisher can be used in a wide range of applications to achieve the desired surface finish.

Areas of use:
– Polishing of wood
– Polishing of metals – fiber polishing
– Polishing of synthetic materials

A major advantage over other machines on the market is the tool clamping method, which is a specific feature of the design.
The polishing tools are mounted on a clamping adapter, allowing the discs, once adjusted, to be used on the machine in a quick change. This eliminates the need to readjust the tool over and over again, not to mention the possibility of using several polishing tools on one machine.

The machine can be equipped with a polishing tool with a maximum diameter of 250 [mm].

The price of the machine includes 2 pcs of mounting adapters, but you can also order an extra one for 8000 Ft net/piece.

The polisher can be mounted with the following drives:

– 1.1 [kW] 380[V] 2800 rpm
– 1.1 [kW] 230[V] 2800 rpm
– 1.1 [kW] 230[V] 1000-3500 rpm (speed control with frequency converter)

The polishing tools in the pictures are not standard accessories! They can be ordered separately from the polishing machine accessories.
