Endless leather strip 50×686 [mm] + GIFT Sharpening paste

Material: cowhide

The leather strip is recommended for the removal of the line produced during sharpening using a sharpening paste.

Due to the nature of the raw material and the tensioning mechanism of the machine used, the tape may stretch up to 5% of the length of the tape during the first few uses. This should be monitored with the equipment used.
Lateral movement during use is allowed due to the production technology and material quality, up to ±2% of the nominal width of the tape.

The following instructions for use must be followed for all leather straps:

• Maximum applicable belt speed: 12 [m/sec]
• Apply a paste when using.
• Protect it from overheating!
• Protect from moisture!
• Use the tape only in the direction of rotation.
• After use, remove the product from the tensioning mechanism to prevent it from stretching
