Vacuum chamber for wood stabilisation 12,5 l, aluminium

It is suitable for degassing a wide range of moulding materials (silicone, resin – polyurethane, polyester, epoxy, plaster, wax).

The enhanced chemical resistance of the chamber allows the Resin90 resin can be used to stabilise wood and bone.

The body of the chamber is made of aluminium, its volume is 12.5 litres, its internal dimensions are 25 cm diameter and 23 cm height. The lid is made of toughened thick glass, the seal is made of vulcanised silicone. This seal is reliable and has a low tendency to mechanical deformation.

The excellent transparency of the lid allows continuous monitoring of the degassing process. The two ball valves control the degassing process and the built-in glycerine vacuum gauge indicates the vacuum in the chamber.

The vacuum chamber is equipped with an air filter to prevent impurities from entering the degassed material. It can be attached to the pump by means of a pneumatic coupling with a reinforced hose with an internal diameter of 8 mm and a length of 1,5 m. The product is made of high quality materials and thread sealing.
