About Us
The main profile of our company is machine construction. Currently, we have two main product groups: knife sharpeners and belt grinders. With our product line, we provide a professional solution for both home and industrial use.
An essential and important part of our company is our sharpening service, with which we provide a solution for professional sharpening of cutting tools within a short period of time that satisfies all needs. Be it hairdressing scissors, garden tools, meat grinder plates, knives or our favorite kitchen knife.
Our sharpening and belt grinding machines are made one by one in our workshop in Debrecen with precise, careful attention, in order to ensure the highest possible quality for our customers.
Services
Mincer disc and mincer knife sharpening
With our precision grinding machine (DTG-PS2), we undertake the sharpening of meat mincer discs and knives.
After fastening, the front surfaces of the disks and knives are ground using a special pot-shaped grinding wheel, thus creating the perfect flatness between the surfaces. Afterwards, we also sharpen the ends of the mincing knives, in order to achieve the best results.
Knife sharpening
We guarantee high level services by ensuring constant quality with our self-developed, unique sharpening machine and innovative technology. We believe that more efficient work is achievable with sharper tools, without having to throw away the old cutting tools in favour of new ones.
Scissor sharpening
With our self-developed clamps, we can reproduce the bevel of any scissor with minimal loss of material, thus increasing their service life.
After sharpening, all scissors are adjusted, calibrated and tested so that they can be returned to their owner with the best cutting ability. We undertake the sharpening of tailor scissors, barber scissors, dog gromming scissors and trimming scissors on short notice.
Individual sharpening
We undertake the sharpening of paper cutter knives, circular knives, lawnmower knives, pedicure knives, cutter knives and choppers, axes, pruning shears, meat mincers and grates on short notice.
We sharpen and check all cutting tools ourselves, thereby guaranteeing the quality of our service.
