Hardox wear plate – DTG-BG1200 and DTG-BG2000 for belt sanders

This Hardox wear plate is specially designed for the DTG-BG1200 and DTG-BG2000 belt sanders to ensure long life and excellent wear resistance. The Hardox material is hard and durable to withstand heavy wear. We have conducted endurance tests between fireplace glass and hardox sheet by our partners and by a hair’s breadth, but hardox wins. If that weren’t convincing enough, the fact that it doesn’t need to be glued and its installation is quick and easy is also a plus. Furthermore, 1 hardox sheet can be used at least twice, because both sides are perforated so it can be turned over, but also sanded down in case of wear. So it is up to four times more durable than a glass fireplace panel that even needs to be glued.
