The DT Grinder DTG-KS1-400 is designed for edge band sharpening. Its use is simple and quick to learn, allowing anyone to sharpen their knives and scissors professionally.

The machine is made up of two aluminium rollers and mostly steel components, with electrostatic powder coating and galvanic galvanizing. The wear and support surface is made of hardox plate with high wear resistance, ensuring durability and high quality.

The single-speed sharpener (DTG-KS1-400) can be operated from three phase industrial power (380/400 [V]). The belt speed is 5[m/s], an optimum slow speed for sharpening based on our experience. With the right technique, you are guaranteed not to overheat the blade. Belt changes are fast, ensuring efficient work.
