Endless leather strip 30×1000 [mm] + Gift sharpening paste

We have developed our leather tape for the DT Grinder sharpening methodology, which is used to separate the burr produced during sharpening and finish the edge band. For use with sharpening paste.

The leather strip can be used on the DTG-BG1000 Belt Sander.

Due to the nature of the raw material and the tensioning mechanism of the machine used, the tape may stretch up to 5% of the length of the tape during the first few uses. This should be monitored by the equipment used.
Lateral movement during use is allowed due to the production technology and material quality, up to ±2% of the nominal width of the tape.

The following instructions for use must be followed for all leather straps:

• Maximum applicable belt speed: 12 [m/sec]
• Apply a paste when using.
• Protect it from overheating!
• Protect from moisture!
• Use the tape only in the direction of rotation.
• After use, remove the product from the tensioning mechanism to prevent it from stretching
