Accessory for use on the DTG-BG2000 belt grinder. For sharpening round slicing knives.

The gripper can be tilted at 90 degrees, so that the circular slicing knife can be removed and installed easily and safely.
The accessory is equipped with a separate stopper, so the sharpening angle of the same products can be easily reproduced. The basic accessory of the attachment is the digital protractor, which can be used to easily set the angle to be sharpened. Typically, circular knives are sharpened to 30 degrees.

Usage:
1. Turn the circular knife sharpener to a horizontal receiving position to fix the circular slicing knives.
2. By selecting the appropriate additional adapter, we center it and fix the slicing knife with the clamping disc.
3. We set the right angle between the grinding surface and the blade.
4. Position the circular knife sharpener for the sanding belt.
5. Start the sanding machine and rotate the circular sharpening attachment evenly with the handle until the sharpening is correct.
6. If necessary, we refine the edgeband on the circular knife, then deburr the circular knife either with the endless leather band or with a polishing machine.

Handle sharpened circular knives with extra caution!
