The DT Grinder BG 2000 multifunctional belt grinder is recommended for general workshops, knife making and fine woodworking. The surface of the machine is electrostatic powder coated and galvanized. The DTG-BG2000 is CE certified and complies with the relevant standards, enabling both efficient and safe work. The machine can be used with a 50 x 2000 [mm] belt, which can be quickly replaced by our self-developed tensioning and adjustment system. The functions of the belt sander can be expanded with a number of accessories, from meticulous fine work to coarse rough grinding.

The price of the base machine includes the following accessories:

Straight grinding attachment with 45 degree tilt and depth adjustment, and a worktabl made of high abrasion hardox material.

The multifunctional belt grinder is available with a single and three-phase motor with 1.5 and 2.2 kW output. The belt speed of the VFD equipped belt grinder can be steplessly adjusted between 5-30 [m/s], and its direction of rotation can be reversed.
