The DT Grinder BG2000 is a single-speed (24 m/s) multifunctional belt grinder for general workshop work, grinding jobs and high material removal workflows. The machine is surface treated by electrostatic powder coating and galvanizing. The DTG-BG2000 is CE marked and conforms to the relevant standards, allowing both efficient and safe working. The machine can be used with 50×2000 [mm] grinding belts, which can be quickly changed thanks to our proprietary tensioning and adjustment system. A wide range of accessories can be added to extend the functionality of the belt grinder.

The basic machine price includes the following accessories:

A straight grinding attachment with a working surface that can be tilted 45 degrees and is adjustable in depth, with a table made of hardox plate with high wear resistance.
Work table (100×80 mm) with tilting and height adjustment.

The belt grinder is fitted with unscrewable legs (not tiltable). If tilting of the machine is also required, we recommend a tilting adapter and a horizontal work table.

The multi-functional belt sander is available with single (230V) and three-phase (380V) motors with a power of 1,5 and 2,2 kW, belt speed 24 m/s.
