The Minihell heat treatment furnace is designed for hardening tool steels used in knife making. It is the perfect solution for any hobby knife maker’s workshop to perform heat treatment tasks. The fast heat-up time and high maximum operating temperature allow hardening of most steels on the market.
These heat treatment furnaces have a programmable PID controller that allows for both heating/holding and timer functions. The controller provides more accurate operation than the INKBIRD ITC-100 PID controllers found in cheaper furnaces. Programming instructions are available on YouTube. The furnace is CE certified.

All heat treatment furnaces can be ordered with a hard chamotte brick floor and base.
