United Sealants Epoxy Standard is a 2-component, quick-setting (30min), high tensile strength, colorless, solvent-free adhesive. Excellent adhesion to a wide range of materials, e.g. aluminium, copper, steel, brass, concrete, FK/SMC, wood, glass, plastic, ceramics, painted metal, graphite, polyurethane, galvanised metal, hard plastics, rubber, leather, etc. Excludes PP, PE, PTFE, etc.

Application:
Surfaces must be cleaned from grease, dust and dirt, rust. It is advisable to rub the surface with sandpaper to increase the adhesive strength of the adhesive. Open the twin syringe and press until both ingredients come out evenly. Apply the appropriate mixing tip to the syringe. Before use, carry out a short dosage test on a suitable test piece. Dispense an appropriate amount of adhesive onto the parts to be joined to ensure that a minimum gap of 0,1-0,2 mm is left when the parts are pressed together. The parts to be glued must be joined together. Remove any residue of the adhesive components and mixed adhesives with a suitable cleaner before the adhesive cures. Remove the mixing tube after use, discard it and make sure that the adhesive components do not come into contact with each other at the end of the twin syringe. Close the twin syringe.
