Its use is simple and quick to learn, allowing anyone to sharpen their knives and scissors professionally.<\/p>\n<p>The machine is made up of two aluminium rollers and mostly steel parts. The surface treatment is electrostatic powder coating and galvanizing to high quality standards. The knife clamps are made of 51CrV4 heat-treated steel, while the wear and support surfaces are made of high wear resistant hardox plate, thus ensuring durability and long service life.<\/p>\n<p>Its belt speed is 5[m\/s], which in our experience is the optimum slow speed for a sharpening operation, but still sufficient to work efficiently.<br \/>\nBelt changes are fast, ensuring efficient work.
