DT Grinder BG1200 belt grinding machine is an industrial machine designed for continuous use. Its belt support can be lowered, enabling to be used with a free-standing belt. Its applicability is further increased by the fact that the working position of the grinding belt can be adjusted in any plane (it can be rotated 360 degrees). Its components are galvanized and surface-treated with durable electrostatic powder coating. Like all DT-Grinder machines, it is CE certified and complies with the relevant standards, enabling efficient and safe work. The machine can be used with a 50×120 [mm] belt, which is quick and easy to replace and does not require disassembly. The belt grinder can be selected with a single (230 [V]) and three-phase (380 [V]) motor with a power output of 1.1 [kW] and 1.5 [KWJ]. The belt speed of the VFD-equipped belt grinders is gradually adjustable between 5-30 [m], and the direction of rotation can also be altered.

The DT Grinder BG2000 is a multifunctional belt grinding machine recommended for general workshop tasks, knife making and fine woodworking. The surface of the machine is electrostatic powder coated and galvanized. The DTG-BG2000 is CE certified and complies with the relevant standards, enabling efficient and safe work. The machine can be used with a 50×2000 [mm] band, which can be quickly replaced with the self-developed tensioning and adjustment system. The functions of the belt grinder can be expanded with numerous accessories, from meticulous fine work to coarse rough grinding. The multifunctional belt grinding machine can be selected with single and three-phase motors with a power output of 1.5 and 2.2 kW. The multifunctional belt grinder is available with a single and three-phase motor with 1.5 and 2.2 kW output. The belt speed of the VFD equipped belt grinder is gradually adjustable between 5-30 [m/s], and the direction of rotation can also be altered.
