Meat grinder disc and meat grinder knife sharpening

With our precision plane grinding machine (DTG-PS2), we undertake the sharpening of meat grinding wheels and knives.

After clamping, the face of the discs and knives are ground flat using a special pot-shaped grinding wheel, creating the perfect flatness between them. The cutting edges of the grinding knives are then sharpened to achieve the best possible result.

Delayed sharpening

With our own unique sharpening machine and innovative technology, we guarantee a high level of service and consistent quality. We believe that sharper tools can help you work more efficiently, without having to throw away the old and buy new cutting tools.

Scissor sharpening

With our proprietary grippers, we can reproduce the factory edge angle of each pair of shears, so they are sharpened with minimal material separation, increasing their lifespan.

After sharpening, all shears are adjusted, calibrated and tested to return them to their owner with the best cutting performance. We undertake the sharpening of tailor’s shears, hairdresser’s shears, dog groomer’s shears, thinning shears at short notice.

Custom sharpening

We undertake the sharpening of paper knives, circular knives, lawn mower knives, pedicure tools, cutter knives and choppers, axes, pruners, meat grinders and grills at short notice.
